Victor Street was built out in the late 1980s and has the things newer subdivisions are still waiting for: mature trees, deep lots, wide streets, and a walk to a grocery store. Hazeldean Road is two minutes north; the village on Stittsville Main is five minutes south.

Victor Street runs south off Hazeldean Road, which is where Stittsville does its grocery shopping, banking and takeout. OC Transpo runs the Hazeldean corridor into Kanata and the Eagleson park-and-ride; Highway 417 is a short drive north via Palladium Drive.
